Meet Flow’s Health Coach and Yoga Instructor
Sarah Savidge
Sarah has been living in Thailand for five years expanding her passion for teaching and all things wellness. Her passion for deeper exploration led her to complete 800 hours of Yoga Alliance certified training courses along with Tibetan Sound Healing, Reiki and Health Coaching.
As a certified health coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Sarah specializes in getting people away from all or nothing mindsets and into a more balanced and mindful approach of living through yoga, nutrition and lifestyle. Her mindful approach takes a holistic or “whole person” view on health by providing expertise in areas such as emotional health, eating, exercise, and career as well as other lifestyle elements like home environment and relationships.
This is important because everyone’s health depends on a variety of factors which impact each other. As a supportive mentor, Sarah helps clients feel their best through food and lifestyle changes. She will work with you to identify your balances and imbalances in order to create a roadmap for sustainable transformation that supports you in your daily life, and enables you to implement lasting and meaningful change.
